1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, and any funds remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance and ppclub's internal compliance policies.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ppclub account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, together with the forfeiture of any balances held within such accounts.

When registering your ppclub account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times;
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify ppclub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

ppclub reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and proof of address) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All account transactions on the ppclub Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ppclub supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, FPX Instant Transfer, and direct bank transfer from major Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and RHB Bank.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or wager on the ppclub Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except in circumstances where ppclub has declared the event void in accordance with applicable sporting or game rules.
• ppclub's sports betting markets are governed by the specific sports betting rules published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. These rules take precedence in the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the Platform or place bets;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or collusion with other players;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made to ppclub;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppclub staff or other members.

ppclub cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to investigations involving the Platform or any of its members. Any suspected criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ppclub Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and design elements — is the exclusive property of ppclub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ppclub's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

10. Account Suspension and Closure

ppclub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached these Terms or any other applicable policy;
• We have reason to believe that your account is being used for fraudulent or criminal activity;
• You have provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting ppclub's support team;
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

You may close your ppclub account at any time by contacting our live chat support team. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.

11. Responsible Gaming
